Shipping Policy
How shipping is charged and how orders are dispatched.
Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.90 per order. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $250.00 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout.
Orders are prepared for dispatch only after payment has been verified. Delivery timelines depend on the destination and the carrier, and are confirmed once your order is dispatched.
We ship to the destinations available at checkout. If your destination is not listed, contact us before ordering to check whether it can be arranged.
When your order is dispatched, the tracking number is added to your order record and emailed to the address on the order. You can also view the status of your order at any time using the reference in your confirmation email.
Duties or import taxes charged by the destination country, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
